Automation by Heller's Town · Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

Connect the parts. Get your freedom back.

I link the tools you already use so the repeat work runs on its own, and I run it for you. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it.

Three gears that turn on their own, and the new gear that makes them turn together Your calendar, your phone and your books are drawn as three gears, each turning on its own. A new gear drops into the middle, meshes with all three, and from then on all four turn together. YOUR CALENDAR YOUR PHONE YOUR BOOKS 1NEW PART

Free Automation Check-up

Start with a free check-up.

30 minutes with me, by phone or across a table, about the jobs you still do by hand. I tell you straight what I can take off your hands and what I can't.

  • It costs nothing.
  • You don't have to buy anything, now or later.
  • There's nothing to sign.
  • If it looks like a fit, I write up what I'd build, with prices. That written plan costs nothing too, and no is a fine answer.

What happens in the check-up

I use what you send only to reply to you. It isn't sold, and you won't be added to a mailing list. How I handle it.

The counter

Is your automation possible?

Type the job you'd like to stop doing by hand. You'll get yes, maybe or no, and why. Nothing you type leaves this page.

A sentence or two is plenty. Name the programs if you know them.

Or try one:

Three answers are printed on the stamp. Most jobs get the first one.

How it goes

Three steps, and you approve each one.

  1. STEP 1

    The check-up

We talk through the jobs you still do by hand, by phone or across a table. I tell you plainly what I can take off your hands and what I can't.

  2. STEP 2

    A written plan, with prices

If it looks like a fit, I write up what I'd build, with prices. That plan costs nothing too, and no is a fine answer.

  3. STEP 3

I build it, run it and watch it

I build and test each automation, and nothing goes out in your name until you approve it in writing. Then I run them every month and fix what breaks.

Questions

Questions owners ask.

What does it cost?

The plans on my price sheet start at $1,000 a month, or $750 a month after a one-time $1,500 setup, plus any sales tax that applies. Standard is $1,500 a month, or $1,250 after the setup. Complete is $2,500 a month, or $2,250 after the setup. Bigger jobs are Custom, above $2,500 a month, with the setup quoted in writing.

Why does each plan have two prices?

There are two ways to start, and the work is the same either way. You can start with no setup, or pay a one-time $1,500 setup at signing and pay the lower monthly price after it. Counted from your first go-live, the two ways come out even at month 6. If you're not sure you'll stay that long, the no-setup way costs you less.

Is there a contract, and how do I stop?

Every plan is month to month, with no minimum term. You can stop with 30 days' notice, and I switch everything off and remove my access. Your accounts and your data stay yours.
