What does it cost?
The plans on my price sheet start at $1,000 a month, or $750 a month after a one-time $1,500 setup, plus any sales tax that applies. Standard is $1,500 a month, or $1,250 after the setup. Complete is $2,500 a month, or $2,250 after the setup. Bigger jobs are Custom, above $2,500 a month, with the setup quoted in writing.
Why does each plan have two prices?
There are two ways to start, and the work is the same either way. You can start with no setup, or pay a one-time $1,500 setup at signing and pay the lower monthly price after it. Counted from your first go-live, the two ways come out even at month 6. If you're not sure you'll stay that long, the no-setup way costs you less.
Is there a contract, and how do I stop?
Every plan is month to month, with no minimum term. You can stop with 30 days' notice, and I switch everything off and remove my access. Your accounts and your data stay yours.
What is the Free Automation Check-up?
30 minutes with me, by phone or across a table, about the jobs you still do by hand. It costs nothing. You don't have to buy anything, now or later. There's nothing to sign. If it looks like a fit, I write up what I'd build, with prices. That written plan costs nothing too, and no is a fine answer.
What do I have to approve?
Nothing goes out in your name until you have approved it in writing. You can approve each message, or approve an automation's exact wording once, and then it may send that wording on its own. Your agreement lists every message that sends on its own. Everything else waits as a draft for you. Every approval is recorded with who gave it and when.
Who pays for AI, and which AI is it?
Only some automations use AI, the ones that write a draft reply. Most don't use AI at all. AI usage is billed to your own AI account by the AI company you choose, with no markup from me. You'll get a written estimate before anything is switched on. You open the account in your business's name with the AI company you choose: Claude (Anthropic), Grok (xAI), GPT (OpenAI) or Gemini (Google). Replies written with AI are always drafts. You read them, change them if you like, and send them yourself.
Can I set a limit on what the AI costs?
Yes. You set a monthly limit on your own AI account. With Claude or Grok, drafts stop at your limit. With GPT or Gemini, spending can run a little past it before it stops; I'll show you how to set it in the AI session. My own cap on AI calls inside each automation backs it up.
What happens if something breaks?
Keeping your automations working is part of every plan. If something breaks, I reply by the end of the next business day on Essentials, the same business day if you report it by noon Central on Standard and by the end of the same business day on Complete. A reply means a person answers with what is happening and the plan to fix it. It is a target during business hours, not a promise of when the fix is done. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 Central. If a change in one of your programs means a rebuild, I quote it first.
How much of my time does it take?
About four to five hours of your time to get going, spread over a couple of weeks. That's an estimate. There's one kickoff meeting to connect your tools, about 90 minutes, or about 2 hours if we also open your AI account. Then you read the wording I write and approve it, and at the end there's a one-hour handover.
Do I have to learn new software or log in to anything?
No. You never have to log in to my automation system. You connect your accounts yourself at the kickoff, and I take it from there. I never ask for your password.
Do you text or call my customers?
I don't text or call your customers for you. The emails go out from your own address, in wording you approved.
My software might already do this. Do I still need you?
If a program you already pay for does the job, I'll tell you to turn it on. I won't charge you to build it again. Where I help is the gaps between your programs, and keeping them working when one of them changes.
Can I talk to one of your clients?
No outside business yet. You would be one of the first. What I can show you is what I've built and tested, how it works step by step, and a sample client page with made-up data.
What counts as one automation, and what is a small change?
One automation is one job from start to finish, like catching a new inquiry. Error checks, monitoring and shared helper steps do not count. A small change is a change to wording, timing, who gets told or a filter that takes under 30 minutes and adds no new program or trigger. Anything bigger is a build.
