Plans and prices

The plans on my price sheet start at $1,000 a month, or $750 a month after a one-time $1,500 setup, plus any sales tax that applies.

Standard

Where I suggest most owners start

or $1,250 a month after the one-time $1,500 setup

For a small business that already pays for a job, quoting or billing program and wants the follow-ups, review requests and Monday numbers that program does not do for it.

Automations running
Up to 6
What it covers
The full starter menu, including automations that work with your job, quoting or billing program.
New builds
One new automation built each quarter (a Small or Medium build). An unused quarterly build carries into the next quarter only.
Small changes
Up to 4 a month
If something breaks
A reply the same business day if you report it by noon Central.
Anything else
A reply by the end of the next business day.
Reporting
A monthly summary, plus a 30 minute call each quarter.

For an established small to medium business with several programs and a steady list of jobs it wants off its hands.

Beside the numbers

What holds on every plan

  • Month to month. Stop with 30 days' notice.
  • No minimum term.
  • Nothing goes out in your name until you have approved it in writing. You can approve each message, or approve an automation's exact wording once, and then it may send that wording on its own. Your agreement lists every message that sends on its own. Everything else waits as a draft for you.
  • AI usage is billed to your own AI account by the AI company you choose, with no markup from me. You'll get a written estimate before anything is switched on.
  • Bank transfer is easiest for me. A card works too.
  • Prices do not include any sales tax that may apply.

Two ways to start

The setup, or no setup

The work is the same either way. Start with no setup, or pay a one-time $1,500 setup at signing and pay the lower monthly price after it. The setup is the same on every plan.

Counted from your first go-live, the two ways come out even at month 6. Before that the setup way has cost more; after that it costs less. If you're not sure you'll stay that long, the no-setup way costs you less.

The setup covers

  • The check-up turned into a written plan: which automations, which of your tools each one touches, and what you will pay other companies to run them.
  • Connecting your tools.
  • The AI account session, if an automation you chose drafts text.
  • Building and testing up to 4 starting automations.
  • A one-hour handover with written notes.

Bigger jobs

Custom, above $2,500 a month

Several locations, high volume, or tools that take more work to connect. A setup fee quoted in writing from the work.

More locations or more volume of the same kinds of automation. Not regulated systems, voice agents, or anything with no connection route. If the job is bigger than I can do well, I'll say so.

Builds included in a plan are Small or Medium; Large builds are always quoted. Every paid build is quoted in writing and approved before work starts.
