What this site collects, why, where it goes and how to have it deleted. In short: only what you type into the check-up form and send, used only to reply to you.

Who I am
This site belongs to Heller's Town, LLC, 205 DeClark St, Ste 1, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. I'm Jackson Heller, and I run it. You can reach me at jacksonheller@hellers-town.com or (815) 375-0527.
The check-up form
When you send the check-up form, I receive what you typed: your name, your business, your email, and, if you fill them in, your phone number, the kind of business, what you'd like to stop doing by hand and how you heard about me. The form also has one empty field that people never see; it is there to catch automated spam.
I use it only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about. It isn't sold, and you won't be added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
The form is sent to a small server function that runs where this site is hosted, on Vercel. That function passes it straight to an intake workflow I run on n8n, which stores it in a database I keep on Supabase and then sends me a notice on Telegram so I can reply quickly. Those four companies handle it only to run those services for me.
If you email or call me instead, your message reaches me through my own email and phone accounts.
How long I keep it
I keep a request as a record of what you asked while we talk about it. Ask me to delete it at any time, by email or phone, and I will.
The automation checker and the parts drawer
The "Is your automation possible?" checker runs in your browser. What you type there is not sent anywhere unless you carry it into the check-up form and press the button.
The parts drawer remembers which parts you have already pulled, in your own browser's storage, so it can show you new ones. That list never leaves your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
The sample client page
The sample client page shows made-up data for a made-up business. Nothing you do on it is sent or kept.
No analytics, no cookies of my own
This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. The fonts and images come from this site itself.
One part of each page comes from somewhere else: the animation library (GSAP) is loaded from cdnjs, a public library service run by Cloudflare. Like any web request, that sends Cloudflare your IP address and your browser's details.
Vercel, which hosts this site, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser and the page asked for, to run and protect the site.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect anything from them.

You can ask me what I have from you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email jacksonheller@hellers-town.com or call (815) 375-0527.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
