Check-up · written plan · built and run every month
How it works
Three steps. You approve each one, and nothing goes out in your name until you have approved it in writing.
The three steps
From a conversation to automations that run every month
-
STEP 1
The check-up
30 minutes with me, by phone or across a table, about the jobs you still do by hand. I tell you plainly what I can take off your hands and what I can't. More about the check-up.
-
STEP 2
A written plan, with prices
If it looks like a fit, I write up what I'd build: which automations, which of your tools each one touches, and what you would pay other companies to run them. It costs nothing, and no is a fine answer.
-
STEP 3
I build it, run it and watch it
I connect your tools, then build and test each automation. After you approve it, I run and watch every one and fix what breaks. You get a monthly summary of what ran and what I fixed.
Getting started
The kickoff
One kickoff meeting connects your tools: about 90 minutes, or about 2 hours if we also open your AI account. You sign in and click allow, and I take it from there. I never ask for your password.
Your say
What you approve
Nothing goes out in your name until you have approved it in writing. You can approve each message, or approve an automation's exact wording once, and then it may send that wording on its own. Your agreement lists every message that sends on its own. Everything else waits as a draft for you.
Every approval is recorded with who gave it and when.
Drafts written with AI
Replies written with AI are always drafts. You read them, change them if you like, and send them yourself.
What I don't do
I don't text or call your customers for you. You never have to log in to my automation system.
Your time, estimated

- About 90 minutes, or about 2 hours if we also open your AI account
- Reading and approving the wording
- About 15 minutes for each automation
- Looking over the test runs
- 30 minutes
- The handover, with written notes
